Our vegan smoked lax is smoked over real beech wood, giving it that typical delicate smoky aroma. In terms of taste there is no difference to the original version from the sea.
So, open the chilled pack, toast a bit of bread and maybe add a classic touch with a little horseradish. This lax tastes Vantastic with avocado too!
