Vegan Grilled Summer Vegetables


1 eggplant
1 red onion
1 zucchini
1 yellow pepper
1 orange pepper
15 cherry tomatoes
15 mushrooms
2 Tbsp bedda Mayo
2 Tbsp white wine

1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
bedda Remo
bedda dressing Sylt Style
salt, pepper



Wash and cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and put them on the skewers.

In a bowl, add bedda Mayo, white wine, and soy sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

Cover the vegetable skewers with the sauce and place them on the grill. Turn occasionally until done.

Serve the skewers with bedda Remo.

You can also remove the vegetables from the skewers and serve them with salad bedda dressing Sylt Style.
