Bauckhof baking mixtures never fail and are quick and easy to prepare. You can bake these brownies in an ovenproof dish, a springform pan or you can use the mixture for baking muffins. You find recipe ideas for different variations on every packet. This baking mixture is gluten-free.

For preparing the dough you need –depending on taste- to add further ingredients such as margarine, carob bean gum, water or rice-/ soya drink, additional chocolate products, sugar/ syrup, nuts, banana…

All Bauckhof-pastries, also gluten-free, manage without egg, milk and butter. Exclusively organic farming ingredients for baking mixes by Bauckhof controls are used. Additives, production aids or flavor enhancers do not come here. That's why the pastry tastes like baked by grandma.

Die besten Schnellgericht - Brownies in Bio Qualität.

Da ich immer den Drang habe Schnellgerichte zu optimieren, kann ich nichts über den Originalgeschmack sagen: Aber wenn ich schnell einen Kuchen machen will, hat mich Bauckhof noch nie enttäuscht. Und hiermit hatte ich bisher immer saftig schokoladige Braunlinge!
