INGREDIENTS: Water, wheat protein texturate (wheat protein (60%), wheat flour) (21%), sunflower oil, wheat flour, thickener: methyl cellulose, processed euchema seaweed, konjac; natural flavor, spirit vinegar, lemon juice concentrate, table salt, wheat starch, spices, sugar.

PREPARATION: In a frying pan: Heat 3 - 4 tbsp. vegetable oil and fry the vegan filetss for approx. 7 - 8 min. over medium heat until golden brown. | In the deep fryer: Deep fry at approx. 140 - 160°C for approx. 3 - 5 min. until crispy. | In the oven: Preheat oven (top and bottom heat 200°C, convection oven 180°C) and bake vegan filets for approx. 10 - 12 min.
