Wenn man sie ordnetlich würtzt fast wie Schnitzel

Wichtig bei der Zubereitung ist:
- Lange köcheln lassen, sonst hat man später zähe trockene Stellen, die nicht schmecken
- Kräftige Gemüsebrühe
- Wenn man Schnitzel macht, das Ei sehr gut würzen, gerne auch ein bisschen Maggi rein (irgendwo muss das Umami ja herkommen)
- Kräftig ausdrücken, sonst hat man eine weiche Konsistenz (Passierschwamm/ -stab hilft da sehr)
- Langsam anbraten, dann verdampft nochmal gut Wasser

Wenn man diese Punkte beachtet, hat man einen super Schnitzel Ersatz

Fleischlos glücklich

Ich habe die Packung nun bereits zwei Mal bestellt und mir ist aufgefallen, dass die Steaks beim zweiten Kauf eine etwas kleinere Größe haben (7x7 cm im trockenen Zustand). Da ich vermute dass die kleineren Platten nicht so schnell brechen und die kleinere Version zum Kochen tatsächlich handlicher ist, könnte das vielleicht sogar vorteilhaft sein, auch wenn die Steaks nun nicht mehr wirklich "big" sind.

Geschmacklich absolut genial. Gern marinier ich die Steaks noch zusätzlich, aber in Brühe gekocht und gebraten sind sie schon unschlagbar. Dank der langen Haltbarkeit ist das Produkt für mich sowohl für Veranstaltungen gut geeignet wie auch für das kleine Kochen daheim.

Perfekt für mich als Fleischalternative

Ich habe mir damals sehr optimistisch 5 kg bestellt. In einem veganen Restaurant habe ich die Steaks das erste Mal probiert und bin seitdem total begeistert! Die Konsistenz hat einen guten Biss und sie lassen sich sehr gut nach Wunsch marinieren. Anfangs ist dazu vielleicht ein wenig Experimentierfreude angebracht. Sehr gut für jeden, der kein Fleisch essen mag oder eine gute Alternative sucht, vor allem der Proteingehalt von 49 g auf 100 g ist enorm und für meinen Sport eine tolle Wahl! Vielleicht anfangs kleinere Mengen zum Probieren kaufen und sich bei Bedarf von Freunden, die das Produkt bereits nutzen, ein paar Tipps für die Marinade geben lassen.

Super Alternative, sehr individuell marinierbar, TOP Preis-Leistung!!

Bin begeistert von der Vielseitigkeit dieses Produkts! Habe es schon vielen schmackhaft gemacht, die das Produkt nun auch nutzen. Weiter so!
Nach dem EInweichen /Kochen kann man das Material auch wunderbar in dünne STreifen schneiden und als Dönerfleisch anbraten. So schmeckt es mir fast am besten. Aber auch mariniert und gegrillt ein Genuß!!! Daumen hoch!!
